The King of Fighters '99 is a 1999 2D team fighting game by SNK for the Neo Geo, and the sixth entry in The King of Fighters series. Teams have four members: three fight and the fourth acts as a Striker, called in for assist attacks a limited number of times shown by Strike Bombs. The story introduces the new protagonist K', a former NESTS agent, and the antagonist Krizalid.
