Metal Slug 2 is a 1998 run-and-gun game developed and published by SNK for the Neo Geo arcade and home platforms, the second entry in the Metal Slug series. The player shoots through a continual stream of enemies to reach the end of each level, fights bosses, collects weapon upgrades, frees prisoners of war and rides the SV-001 tank.
