Donkey Kong 64 is a 1999 3D platform game by Rare, published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It was the first Donkey Kong game with 3D gameplay. Players control five Kongs, each with their own abilities, across eight themed worlds linked by an overworld, collecting bananas. It was one of two games that required the Expansion Pak RAM upgrade.
