Gunstar Heroes is a 1993 run-and-gun game developed by Treasure and published by Sega for the Sega Genesis. Players control Gunstar Red or Gunstar Blue, alone or in two-player co-op, through side-scrolling stages. They combine shot types to fight waves of soldiers and large bosses.
