Earthworm Jim is a 1994 run and gun platformer developed by Shiny Entertainment, in which an earthworm in a robotic space suit runs, jumps, shoots and whips through 2D side-scrolling levels. It is noted for fluid, hand-drawn style animation that was unusual for 16-bit releases.
