About
Yars' Revenge is a fixed shooter for the Atari 2600, released by Atari, Inc. in 1982. The player controls Yar, which shoots or eats through the cells of the Qotile's shield, dodges destroyer missiles and the Swirl, and can shelter in the Neutral Zone. The goal is to destroy the Qotile with the Zorlon Cannon. It was the first game Howard Scott Warshaw designed for Atari.
